  • 100 g of raisins 
  • 150 g of dried figs
  • 150 g of walnuts
  • 100 g of almonds
  • Two lemons
  • 100 g of dried apricots
  • 100 g of prunes
  • 250-300 g of honey

Grind everything, mix and store in a glass jar in the refrigerator. Take one teaspoon each day. 

Ancient Tibetan medicine

The recipe for this Tibetan medicine was found in an old Tibetan monastery, written on clay tablets. It is thought to have been written more than 2,000 years ago and is used to boost the immune system, against triglycerides, cholesterol and lime deposits on blood vessels, as well as for longevity. In addition to successfully cleansing blood vessels, this old Tibetan medicine improves the elasticity of blood vessels (prevents rupture of blood vessels and thus bleeding), prevents heart attack, brain and angina pectoris.

Preparation: 300 grams of garlic and 1 kilogram of lemon peel, finely grind. Then put to boil 1.5 liters of water and then reduce the heat and add minced garlic and lemon and cover the court. Boil this mixture on low heat only for 14-15 minutes (no longer than that). Then remove from heat and allow to cool. This is a ready-made Tibetan medicine that should be poured and stored in a covered glass container (jars). Take this medicine on an empty stomach every morning, 0.5 dl, for 25 days. After that, be sure to take a break of 10 days and then repeat the procedure until the health condition improves. Healthy people who decide to take the medicine in order to improve the general condition of the organism should use it twice. 25 days at intervals of 6 months.

*Pour a teaspoon of chopped licorice root into a cup with 200 ml of hot water. Wait 5-7 minutes before consuming. Drink one cup of tea three times a day.

  • 1 liter of organic apple cider vinegar
  • 750 g of meadow honey

Finely chop the garlic and mix with the other ingredients. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator and use each You can add it to any mix salad that you can also make from cabbage, lettuce, carrots  

Salad mix

  • Grate green and red cabbage
  • Grate 2 to 3 carrots
  • Grate 1 small beet
  • Chop a few garlic cloves
  • Add a few leaves of lettuce, dandelion, rocket, broccoli, nettle,
  • Add finely chopped olives 
  • One hot pepper finely chopped
  • Olive oil 
  • Himalayan to taste
  • Juice of one lemon

In the evening before going to bed, put two teaspoons of cinnamon and one teaspoon of honey in 200 ml of boiling water. Grate about one teaspoons of fresh ginger, then add three tablespoons of lemon juice and cover with a tray. After half an hour, drink half of this drink, it would be best in the evening before going to bed. Drink the other half in the morning when you get up on an empty stomach.

Pour a teaspoon of turmeric powder and a teaspoon of honey into a cup of warm water and mix well. Drink immediately.

Put a bag of green tea in a cup of hot water and wait 10 minutes before removing it. Add a little honey and drink your tea slowly. Take 2-3 cups of this tea a day.

Put chopped up ginger (1 inch long) in salt and boil in 2 cups of water for 10 minutes, then leave it to cool a bit, then add the juice of one squeezed lemon and one teaspoon of honey, and afterwards consume.
