Tibetan tea for longevity

(ginger, lemon, honey, hot peppers and anise)

Boil 2 liters of water for 5 minutes, then cool it off.

When cold, add 5 grams of grated ginger, 2 large teaspoons of lemon juice, 2 large teaspoons of honey, 1 teaspoon of hot peppers and 1 teaspoon of anise.

Drink this Tibetan tea in sips throughout the day or better yet 1 cup before each meal. A quantity of 2 liters of tea is enough for three people.
